+Configuration A — BS03K-CAT + XC3000PLUS

A five-page standard BOM centered on the BS03K-CAT cutting head and XC3000PLUS control system.

Core selections: MAX MFSC 1500X or Raycus RFL-C1500S laser source; S&A CWFL-1500W chiller; Techmech TB090 reducers; Leadshine L6 or Inovance 660N servos; and a 40A servo filter.

Also covers: transmission and protection parts, two-gas-path components, electrical protection, EDS3000 fieldbus hardware, lubrication, fasteners, tools and supporting materials.

+Configuration B — BM110/BM111 + XC3000PLUS

A five-page BOM for a build using the BM110 or BM111 cutting head with the XC3000PLUS controller.

Core selections: MAX MFSC 1500X or Raycus RFL-C1500S laser source; S&A CWFL-1500W chiller; Techmech TB090 reducers; Leadshine L6 or Inovance 660N servos; and a 40A servo filter.

Additional coverage: two-gas-path module, nitrogen and oxygen tubing, optional digital pressure gauge, complete electrical-control list, motion parts, lubrication and installation materials.

+Configuration C — BLT311 + FSCUT2000E + BOCHU S9

A five-page BOM for the BLT311 smart cutting head, FSCUT2000E control system and BOCHU S9 EtherCAT servo system.

Core selections: MAX MFSC 1500X or Raycus RFL-C1500S laser source; S&A CWFL-1500W chiller; Techmech TB090 reducers; BOCHU S9 1.1 kW X-axis, 1.7 kW Y/Y1-axis and 0.4 kW braked Z-axis motors and drives.
